I can sleep now soundly knowing I'm under a very safe and well made roof. That is thank you to Doug Miles and his Company Volusia Flagler Roofing, Inc. My rood suffered damages with hurricane Milton on 2024. Got 3 bids. I looked for reviews, search BBB online to look for complaints in the system for trusted accredited business, read each company history, checked their experience, values, checked if they were properly licensed and insured to protect my home. All three companies show to my home with brochures, documents for accreditation, plan and proposal that showed the scope of work, price , cleanup plan and warranties... after I did my evaluation I found that Doug from Volusia Flagler Roofing LLC was the most sincere, transparent, reliable, add a personal touch by showing a real interest and that my home project was the most important to him. His price was competitive and was meeting my financial needs. Very professional and well organized. The process was so easy, got a quick quote from Doug and no pressure to make a fast decision on such an important purchase. All my questions were promptly answered. The work done by his crew was friendly, timely, and did an excellent job of cleanup at completion. They went above and beyond! Exceeding expectations its a great feeling! means. They delivered extra value, better quality, or finished faster than planned. Doug approach and business relations is key to his success!!

Doug is such a God send! He came out to assess my roof damage with urgency, integrity, and compassion for the emergent situation that we were in. His professionalism, knowledge, and overall positive attitude brought my family relief and confidence that our roof would be repaired with efficiency and that the pride of our home would be restored. Don’t hesitate to work with this company, your roof will not only be restored, it will be better than it was before!

Where do I even begin? I called Doug on the 4th of July because we had a leak in our roof. Doug dropped everything he was doing and was out to my business, Scooter’s Coffee, within an hour and a half. I was so shocked given this was a holiday, not to mention it was a Saturday. Doug inspected everything and discovered that it was actually a problem with our air-conditioning unit. That didn’t stop him from trying to help me fix it. He was able to take apart a pipe and flush it out, solving our problem and saving me from a Fourth of July crisis. Our business was able to keep running during this time seamlessly because Doug was so fast to get out to us. He was so kind and helpful the entire time. Doug saved us money not only by his own cost, but also by making sure the problem was fixed so we didn’t have to close. I will use Doug for every roofing issue I have from now on. I wish he had a business that fixed everything I needed, because I would never use anyone else. I am so grateful to him for his kindness and most importantly amazing work. Don’t call anyone else, this company is the best!

Recently had a new roof installed by Volusia Flagler Roofing. Doug's communication was great and he answered any questions we had without being pushy, Christie in the office is very nice, and Brandon who oversaw the project the day of installation went over everything. We had one small aspect of the installation we questioned upon completion and Brandon came over the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. Doug gave us a great roof at a very competitive price and pledged follow up service if we ever have any issues. He is a down to earth old school guy which we appreciate. He also went out of his way to get the shingle manufacturer to give a written guarantee of the warranty just for our piece of mind. From start to finish it was about a day and a half to completely reroof our single story 3 bedroom home and that was scheduled about two weeks after signing the paperwork (most other companies are 8+ weeks out). While I don't foresee any issues I will update if anything comes up. As of now we are happy with our decision to use Volusia Flagler Roofing.

I am the VP at ALL Saints Lutheran Church in Port Orange. We needed to have our roof replaced. Doug and his crew came in, assessed the situation, discussed what they found with our committee and was awarded the job. We let them know there was a school and there was a short window to get the job done, and we needed assurance all nails would be picked up. Doug and his crew went above and beyond our expectations! I will recommend him and his company to anyone!!!!

Outstanding experience with Doug and the team at Volusia Flagler Roofing.

We recently added an addition to our home and needed a metal roof extension with a flawless transition into the existing roof, which is not easy work. Doug was phenomenal from start to finish.

From the initial conversation, he was:

- Extremely knowledgeable about metal roofing and transitions
- Clear and honest about expectations, timing, and execution
- Detail‑oriented, especially where mistakes would be most noticeable

The final product exceeded our expectations. The transition between the existing roof and the new addition is seamless, clean, and professionally executed — exactly what we were hoping for, and frankly better than we imagined. You would never know it wasn’t all done at the same time.

What really stood out was:

- Communication throughout the process
- Respect for our home and property
- Pride in workmanship — no corners cut, no shortcuts

Volusia Flagler Roofing is the real deal, and Doug runs a first‑class operation. If you want quality, precision, and peace of mind, this is the company to call. I would recommend them without hesitation and will absolutely use them again.
